The Small Business Excellence Award honours small businesses that represent the spirit of innovation in applying information technology in their business practices to improve their customer experience.
The Australian National Winner will receive US$25,000 in Dell technology and services and is also eligible for a chance to win the global prize of US$50,000. Plus nine Australian finalists will receive a Dell business laptop with a maximum value of US$1,500 each.
Note: Applications close 3 April 2009 and is open to registered Australian companies who employ 100 or fewer individual employees or individual independent contractor (full or part-time only). Ten National Finalists will be notified by email or phone by June 2009 and announced in July 2009.
